Izy Riff's long-awaited second album has been released!
It contains 12 original compositions, including the title track
"behind the black curtain".

Thematically, the album deals with everyday life, love relationships,
special experiences, and the important and far too little-received topic
of psychological violence.

Izy conceived, composed, and produced the entire album.
She recorded guitar, vocals, bass and bouzouki for it.
This also includes the complete sound engineering and graphic design of the physical CD.

A significant collaboration took place with Sebastian Fraißl (Zawinul Award 2025), who co-arranged and played all the drums on the album.

Guest musicians Lightning G (solo guitar on "fear"), Norbert Polek (organ on "Montreux Prélude" and "Montreux") and Selma Maria (background vocals on "sorry") play on four songs.

The album cover, the cover art for the singles "sweating sinners" and "three piece" and various drawings in the physical booklet of the CD are by the Austrian artist Klaus Pitter.

no samples and no AI.
